Received the wrong Part

If you received the wrong product, contact our Customer Service department by calling 1-844-999-9492 or by email at sales@viciousoffroad.com, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pacific Time. We will resolve the issue as fast as possible.

Received Damaged or Missing Parts

If your package was delivered to you damaged or missing parts, take pictures of the damaged parts and email them to our Customer Service Department at sales@viciousoffroad.com included with your order number. Our customer service department will then contact you as soon as possible.
